News on the FNL's assembly site of Rubira

The assembly site of Rubira has a capacity of receiving 6 thousand combatants. The building works of the site were expected to be completed today as indicated by the project officer. On our arrival to the site, people were putting the main gate that will allow the AU peacekeepers to take control over all circulation inside and outside the camp. On the other side of the site, a kitchen was being installed. Near the main entrance, AU forces have settled their tents; those forces will be in charge of assuring the security of FNL combatants. Other tents are hosting one hundred and fifty three including two women released prisoners from Mpimba jail. Looking inside the tents we can see that their health has not been neglected; mosquito nets are hanged.
Though building works are on good track, the digging of toilets is embarrassing.
VTR:
The report is to be handed over tomorrow to the JVMM so that they start the assembling activities.

VTR 2
He indicated that from tomorrow they are already capable to receive 2000 combatants.
The JVMM is the only competent board to verdict on the assembling activities of FNL combatants.
